- What wisdom do you , as an elder, possess now, that you didn’t have during your younger years?
- What ways do you take care of yourself?
- What do you need to plan to do to maximize your elder years?
In preparation for the discussion, think about your personal journey, or highlight some person in your life who has been an inspiration to you and is now influencing how you are processing this stage of your life journey, and how you may now be positively influencing others.
