Here is a description of the activities pursued by Tom during his tenure this past year, 2022:
COMMUNITY COMMUNICATION
- Met with every active circle in the Greater Boston Community to get their input. Now seven active circles if Southern NH circle in Peterborough, NH is included.
- Organized regular GB Community I-Group Rep Circle meetings (though attendance was poor) – if attendance was better, this would be an opportunity to work together on organizing community-based enrollment, next level training and social events.
- Produced a monthly GB Community Newsletter (see attached July Edition) including
- GB Community Brother Interview
- MKP USA, MKP NE Area, and GBC News
- Upcoming Event and Training Announcements
- Mission & Special Circle Announcements
- Created a GB Community Website with the help of Andy Harrington and Boysen Hodgson which includes
- Connecting to a broader Greater Boston Community
- Developing relationship with Greater Boston Men’s Network to which I have volunteered to serve on a core organizing team that meets monthly
- Pursuing connection to Greater Boston Women Within contacts
CIRCLE DEVELOPMENT
- Worked to develop new circles in Peterborough, NH, Norwood, MA, and Northshore, MA with the intention that no man should have to travel more than a half hour to a circle.
- Offered support to existing circles for doing joint meetings with other circles, concerning growth of their members, and exploring possible mergers.
EVENTS
- Attempted to create social events, and though not successful, there are several ideas that seem of interest

- ‘Men at Play
OTHER ACTIVITIES (though I have not pursued them)
- Developing GB Community Next-Level Training opportunities, including PITS and IGFTs
- Developing GB Community Enrollment Events
- Organizing a GB Community Enrollment Team
